FAQ’s

Are there laundry facilities in every building?

Yes, there is a laundry room on the first level of each building. The washers and dryers are new, high efficiency models. That means the washers use less water and only require 2 tablespoons of detergent.  Please follow the instructions on the machines.

Is there trash collection?

Yes, there is a trash room adjacent to the laundry. Trash is collected six days a week, Monday – Saturday. Residents are asked to break down large boxes and leave them next to the trash receptacle. The trash receptacle is for bagged trashed only.

How do I dispose of large items like a TV?

It is the responsibility of each resident to arrange for the pick-up of large items such as TV’s, appliances, construction refuse, furniture, etc. Residents can make arrangements with the CCE contractor or select their own.

Who is responsible for the cleaning of the lobbies, halls and other interior common areas?

The interior common areas are cleaned Monday through Friday by a professional cleaning service.

Are there designated parking spaces for each unit?

Yes, each unit has one deeded parking space. A second space can be rented on a monthly basis from the association if available. Currently the fee for an additional space is $20/month.

Where can guests park?

There are designated parking spaces for guests in the parking section behind buildings 2 and 3. Guests can also park on Greendale Avenue as long as they comply with local town ordinances.

What is the pet policy?

Residents are not allowed to keep pets of any kind.

In which Needham school district is the property located?

CCE is located in the highly desirable Broadmeadow School district.

Can I rent my unit?

Owners are allowed to rent their units after one year of occupancy. There are specific regulations pertaining to rentals. Please call the office for complete details.

Who is responsible for snow removal?

The association is responsible for removing snow from the driveway, parking lot, stairs and sidewalks. After large storms, residents will be notified when they need to move their cars off site to accommodate the plows.  It is the individual owner’s responsibility to clean off their cars unless prior arrangements are made with the association.

Is the property managed by a professional management company?

Yes, the property is managed by The Dartmouth Group, a professional management company specializing in residential condominium management. The Dartmouth Group maintains a staffed office in building 1.
